Art Club combined their creativity with their maths skills by creating colourful tessellation pictures. A tessellation is a pattern made from shapes that fit together perfectly, with no gaps or overlaps, covering a surface completely. The children explored how different shapes can repeat to create exciting designs, developing their understanding of shape, pattern and symmetry while producing beautiful pieces of artwork.
